Our website has been designed specifically for an easy shopping experience.
You can access our seasonal catalogues on our website, or browse leisurely through our selection on the site, including web exclusive varieties.

Select the quantity you’d like and click the ‘Add to Basket’ button. The item will then appear in your shopping basket. If you want to continue shopping, then repeat the process until you have entered everything you’d like.

Once your basket contains all the items you wish to purchase then select ‘Proceed to Checkout'.

When you’re ready to proceed with your order, select the 'Checkout' button. You will then have the option to register or log in if you have an existing online account.

Your payment details can then be entered online, using our secure payment screen. When you’re ready, click the ‘Place my Order’ button and your payment will be processed. Your order confirmation will appear on-screen, and you will also receive an order confirmation email to the given email address.

All orders are processed and charged in one payment at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by the following credit and debit cards – Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.

We guarantee all the products we supply and, in the unlikely event of the goods slipping below our usual high standards, we undertake to replace or in the event that this is not possible, refund or issue a credit against the value of goods.

Order Details

Our goods are only supplied in quantities or collections as described. With all products, we supply a handy cultural instructions booklet to help you grow and care for your plants, as well as your guarantee. Follow these instructions when planting and caring for your plants to see the best results!
Any free gifts will be sent automatically with your order.

Due to the nature of our products, there may be instances where parts of your order are dispatched before others. This is to ensure our plants arrive to you in the best quality and condition, and when they’re ready to be delivered, we will send them to you.

We will keep you updated on the status of your order, so you can rest assured knowing that your goods will be with you as soon as we can dispatch them.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you to let you know it’s on the way! Please provide us with your email address and phone number when placing an order to be kept up to date with its progress.

Availablity

All items are subject to availability. Upon payment, your chosen items are reserved for your order which will be shipped at the correct time for planting. In case of a crop failure or early deterioration of seeds, bulbs/plants, or for any other reason why all or part of your order cannot be supplied, you will be refunded in full for the item(s). Any remaining items in the order will be sent.

Offers, discount codes & vouchers

All offers are subject to availability. Valid offer codes can be applied at checkout, and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, which means that only one offer code can be used per order. Discount codes can be applied within the valid timeframe and end dates apply to most offers.
